Introductory conversation where we begin to understand your needs, vision, and goals. Take this opportunity to share your design ideas and ask questions, while we gather information about your project’s scope, timeline, and budget. This initial call helps outline the following steps in the design process.

Proposal. Scope of Work, & Contract Signing
Detailed documents that outline the design vision, scope of work, and expenses for your project. Following our initial discussion and assessment, we will develop a proposal that reflects your needs, goals, and preferences. Our proposal will include a description of services provided, an estimated timeline, and expenses. The contract serves as a formal agreement for the project’s direction and ensures that we are aligned on expectations before moving forward.

Measurement Appointment (if applicable)
Process of physically measuring a space on-site to gather accurate dimensions for the design process. This step is crucial for creating a precise floor plan, layout, and design. Field measurements ensure that the design is functional, fits within the space, and adheres to all required specifications.

Design Concept & Presentation Meeting
Utilizing the client's vision and direction, the concept summarizes the overarching style, mood, and functionality of the design. This concept also showcases how the design elements—such as color palettes, materials, furniture selections, and layout—come together to create a cohesive environment.
Afterwards, we present the fully refined design for approval. This presentation reviews a detailed layout, selected materials, furniture, color schemes, budget, and all other elements that bring our vision to life.

Order Materials & Furnishings
Procurement of all necessary items and materials to ensure the project moves forward smoothly. This step involves sourcing, ordering, and managing the delivery of furniture, materials, and décor elements following a precise installation schedule.

Construction Begins
(if applicable)
We oversee and manage the design execution, ensuring that the space is constructed according to the approved plans and specifications. This phase bridges the gap between our design concept and the finished space. We are the liaison between our clients, contractors, and other professionals involved on the project.

Install Day
This is the most exciting and rewarding phase of the interior design process. All of the planning, design, and effort come to fruition. Furniture, décor, lighting, and finishing touches are delivered and installed. Our goal is to transform the space into a fully realized, functional, and aesthetically stunning environment that reflects the vision we’ve created together.

Styling & Photo Shoot
Styling ensures that every detail is perfect and aligns with the design vision, while a professional photo shoot captures the essence and beauty of the transformation. This is the final step in completing the project and eternalizes the project for future reference and enjoyment.
